We've wanted to do an "Andyamo" pizza ever since our son Andy was born. We tried a bunch of elaborate recipes and none of them really felt like an Andyamo. Inspired by the margheritta pizzas we ate in Italy (see our photos), we developed the crust, tomato base and cheese for Margherita Francesca from scratch…none of our other pies share these ingredients. Our Arugula Romano has a mixture of arugula and romaine and is topped with romano cheese, cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives. It comes with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and a roll on the side.

Our own spicy puttanesca sauce made with olives, capers, red pepper and onions topped with mozzarella cheese and toppings of your choice.
